Palmira is a gated community situated between Naples and Ft. Myers, Florida.

Comprised of 13 different neighborhoods, each has a different character.  From estate homes to villas to coach homes, the style and size of homes meets practically any need.

Each community has its own board of directors to manage local affairs.  Each of these community boards is represented on the Palmira Master Homeowners' Association Board, which has responsibility for all common areas of the community and the exceptional community landscaping.

All residents are welcome to attend the Master Association Board meetings and watch community governance in action.

While residents are encouraged to join the Country Club as golf or social members, there are also regular activities at the Renaissance Center Club open to all residents.  The "RCC", as it is known, is situated directly at the community entrance.  It includes a resort-style lagoon pool, lap pool, full-equipped exercise facility, meeting rooms and the Village Grill and Paradise Bar for refreshments, snacks and luncheons.

Nearby, there are ample opportunities for fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, enjoying a day on spectacular beaches, bicycling, walking, shopping and birdwatching at some of the most renowned sanctuaries in the United States.
