U.S. 41 North to Bonita Beach Road.  Turn right onto Bonita Beach Road and proceed 2 miles east of I-75.
Entrance to Palmira Golf and Country Club is on the right.

From I-75:
Exit 116 – Bonita Beach Road East 2 miles to the entrance of Palmira Golf and Country Club on the right.
